Wowza...what a week!!! We just got back from an action packed week at the cottage. The boys barely slept and hardly stopped moving. I really wish I could tap into some of their energy. During our busy week Wyatt was kept occupied watching and helping the construction crew work on the cottage. Nothing thrills my boys more than trucks, tools and dirt!!! Fraser had a blast sleeping in a big boy bed and sharing a room with his big brother.
While we were up in cottage country, I got the opportunity to finally accomplish something that I had been training for. I ran my first 10K race!! I had a respectable goal time of under 1hour 15minutes and am delighted to announce that I finished in 1hr 7mins. It was a beautiful day to run and the event was very well organized. I forgot how hilly cottage country is but I loved the run and look forward to doing it again.
